Založením neziskovej organizácie RUMANSKÝ ART CENTRE, n.o., ktorá je prevádzkovateľom galérie a následne samotným otvorením galérie Michal Rumanský sprítomnil Igora a Ivana v prostredí rodného Liptova, kraja, ktorý považovali za svoj domov a ktorý sa stal dôležitou inšpiráciou pre ich tvorbu. V prípade galérie RUMANSKÝ ART CENTRE bolo už od začiatku jasné, na čo bude priestor slúžiť a tak bol projektovaný aj jeho interiér. Pri projekte sa stretli investor a architekt, ktorým išlo o spoločnú vec a ostatné bolo druhoradé. O kvalitnom výsledku ich spoločného snaženia hovorí aj fakt, že interiér bol jedným z troch nominovaných na Cenu za architektúru CE.ZA.AR 2011.
