The Museum of the Liptov Village in Pribylina offers a new attraction on selected days – a ride on a historic train (after purchasing a free ticket).

Because we care about your complete satisfaction, we point out a few important details:

If you want to be sure that there will be seats at your chosen time, we recommend to book the seat online (subject to ticket purchase).

Please make enough time to move from the museum cash desk to the Považská Forest Railway stops: 15 minutes to the DEDINA stop, 30 minutes to the DEPO stop.

In the museum we offer organized tours of three historical buildings that are not freely accessible: the manor house from Parížovce, the Zemianska manor house from Paludza and the Church of the Virgin Mary from Liptovská Mara. These tours are carried out with a lecturer and start every whole hour in Manor house Parížovce.

In June: at 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 15.00 and 16.00

In July and August: at 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00 and 17.00 The tour lasts 30-40 minutes.

At the entrances to the museum after 4 pm (in June) and after 5 pm (in July and August) it is not possible to take an organized tour with a lecturer.

The spring is situated at the southern end of the Konská village, by the creek, below the road. You can take the spring water straight from a fountain located in a wooden shelter. The water is slightly rusty-coloured, it has sour taste and is favourite mainly with the locals.
