Sauna bathing relieves body and soul, nervous tension, brings mental and physical relaxation and regeneration of strength. The classic Finnish sauna is important for cleansing the body, increasing the body's immunity and improving the mobility of muscles and joints. The biosauna is designed for people who cannot tolerate the temperatures in a Finnish sauna. The sauna is characterized by a lower temperature of 80°C and a relative humidity of around 40%.
