The village of Bešeňová is one of the few precious places with occurrence of "freshwater" limestone, so-called travertine. These precious calcite forms arised thanks to mineral contents of water, its temperature and, of course, the surface and structure of the landscape. If you have some free time, come and visit this "forsaken" pit situated to the north of the village.

The ePOWERpoint e-bike charging station is located on the left side of the main entrance to the Bešeňová Water Park. You can find it just around the corner from the main entrance, where you can lock your electric bicycle in the stand and go, for example, to swim or refresh yourself while it is charging. It also gives information on nearby caves, water parks, cycle paths and provides leaflets about the nature for kids and adults.
