Koliba Fatranka restaurant is a part of the U dobrého pastiera resort located in the Čutkovská valley. Decorated in a simple style, Fatranka offers a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy the taste of homemade and craft beers brewed at the URSUS brewery, the first brewery in Ružomberok. The restaurant also serves a selection of delicious snacks to accompany the exceptional beer brewed from the water from the Čutkovská valley. They include cheese and meat specialities and different kinds of podplamenníks (potato cakes), all freshly baked in the restaurant. Fatranka has an adjacent playground, sports grounds and outer areas suitable for private picnics and entertainment.
The Ursus brewery offers a glimpse into its bowels. A guided tour will reveal the process of making this golden juice. Part of the tour is a tasting of currently brewed beers. The tour is for a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 15 people. The price includes a beer tasting of 3 x 0.3 liters of beer per person. Tour length up to 60 minutes. Price: €75 for the tour + €5 for each person.
