Chalet Bystrina is a part of hotel Poľovník***, hotel Bystrina*** and camping Bystrina area that is located at the in beautiful mountain surroundings at the beginning of Low Tatras National park, in tourist centre of Demänovská valley. In our restaurant you may enjoy the atmosphere of typical Slovak shed. During the summer season there is a summer terrace and children playground at guests’ disposal.
You may relish baked pork knee with bone or baked pork ribs, grilled chicken and other meals prepared on fire, or you may choose from our Slovak kitchen menu. If you prefer poultry and fish meals you are on the right place. We will be pleased to prepare these meals for you.
During September – December we organize Goose feast. In the menu there are goose soup, roasted goose, goose liver, home made “lokše“ and other delicacies. In case you are interested we may arrange gypsy or folk music.

The wooden articled Evangelical church near the village Svätý Kríž is one of the largest wooden buildings in the Central Europe which was moved here from Paludza between 1974 and 1982.

It is 9 km long, located in the Low Tatras and cuts the Triassic limestones and dolomites that make up the surrounding hills. From the west it is bordered by the hills Demänovská hora, Kurence, Magura and Pusté. From the east, Bodová, Končistý vrch, Poludnica, Kúpeľ and Kliny. From the north it is closed by the Kraková hoľa. Tourist routes starting from the villages of Iľanovo and Ploštín, leading to the Poludnica and Krakova hoľa hills, lead through the Iľanov Valley.
