Chalet Bystrina is a part of hotel Poľovník***, hotel Bystrina*** and camping Bystrina area that is located at the in beautiful mountain surroundings at the beginning of Low Tatras National park, in tourist centre of Demänovská valley. In our restaurant you may enjoy the atmosphere of typical Slovak shed. During the summer season there is a summer terrace and children playground at guests’ disposal.
You may relish baked pork knee with bone or baked pork ribs, grilled chicken and other meals prepared on fire, or you may choose from our Slovak kitchen menu. If you prefer poultry and fish meals you are on the right place. We will be pleased to prepare these meals for you.
During September – December we organize Goose feast. In the menu there are goose soup, roasted goose, goose liver, home made “lokše“ and other delicacies. In case you are interested we may arrange gypsy or folk music.
Our helpful and willing personnel will be pleased to attend your needs during your family parties, birthday celebrations, company trainings and sittings or even weddings.
